The Northern Ireland Assembly today voted narrowly in favour of marriage equality, which would support same sex marriage. However, the Democratic Unionist Party used a petition of concern, causing the change to fall. So Northern Ireland remains the only country now which does not have legal marriage available for same sex couples, unlike the ROI, Wales, Scotland and England. Rather tragic. |

That's Northern Ireland.
It's also the only part of the UK where you can't have an abortion on the NHS.
If you need one, you have to travel to another part of the UK AND PAY.
