Respite night tonight, Walking Dead, comedy, veggie sausage, mash, peas and carrots in cider,sage and onion gravy, suits me fine. What have you all got planned for tonight?  |

Having been alone with a teething, sleepless, clingy toddler since Friday, I'm looking forward to *Him* getting home and taking over so I can put my feet up and enjoy Downton with a glass of wine.
In reality, what will happen is I'll fall asleep on the sofa the second she's in bed!

Cooking a pork joint for lunches over the week as I am going to be busy...
Honey and mustard, cooked in cider with apple, carrot and shallot. Then make the leftover liquid into a gravy.
Other than that...maybe hit the gym, iron my work stuff and have an early night.. |
