Why do people get so nasty on the forum? I keep flicking through and want to join in the fun then realise everyone is being horrible so don't bother. Can't be done with nastiness  |

Because I am an individual and have my own thoughts. Now they sometimes differ from other people and that can badge me a troll..
Some like men to nod and agree with everything, especially when lambasting other guys, it's a sport to a few.

Were you aiming for irony? 
If someone has been nasty then use the report button on the post and Admin will deal with it.
Starting a thread with 'bitches' as the title and moaning about nasty people isn't helpful, nor will it encourage other people to post. There are lots of threads worth reading and if you can't find one then start one and others will contribute. |

OP you've taken the plunge now & leapt into the dark side so just keep posting on the threads that interest you.
You're not the 1st to say the forums can be bitchy / negative and you won't be the last. The more people that join in the better the representation of _iews will be, if that makes sense.

I don't think calling people bitches is the best way to go about introducing yourself 
I suggest just throwing yourself in and not worry too much about the odd person that is having a bad day and writing Bitchy comments!

I was intimadated to join in at first, loved reading the threads, but scared to join in. Then one day I thought, bugger this and took the plunge - now I peruse the different threads and dive in where ever I feel the need and give as good as I get, I never take any negative comments thrown my way seriously xx |

It's a shame you feel that way but sometimes it can be down to individual interpretation. There are undoubtedly people on here whose posting style is to put down other people or just generally be negative and unkind but they're easy enough to avoid along with their hangers on the rest are interacting as they would in the outside world.
I don't understand why you want to join in the fun but suddenly realise that everyone's being horrible  that isn't fun.....is it? |

I haven't noticed people being nasty.
You've been posting for some time now. Asking why there are so many singles on here; why people have houses full of rubbish and are just dirty rather than slutty; how you can get people to cam etc ..

You are right there has been no actual evidence supplied from the OP (slap dash ) probably because 1. You'd probably get in the shit for naming someone & 2. It's a little bit subjective, what I think is 'bitching' might be seen as 'banter' by others.
I've seen what I perceive to be 'nasty' behaviour / posting styles & where possible I ignore them.....

If all the people who complain about people being nasty or bitchy just a) ignored them and b) posted something nice or funny or amusing themselves then the balance would soon be tipped in favour of more positive posts.

As I was told last night, if a thread pisses you off, just move on to a different one. Or you can start a new one and just call people bitches. Whatever works for you.
