Just got back from a party at a club. Adrenalin is buzzing.

Best thing to do is put the phone away. Lots of research suggests that lighted electronic devices in bed are responsible for lots of our missed sleep

He's getting good though. 8 weeks and doing 10 - 4.30 ish each night now.

my oldest did 10-8 can you believe it the youngest didn't sleep EVER
