How did you get on with your Goals for this week ?

Good Evening Fabbers and friends,

Goodness me what a day!

The Pooch and I were enjoying a jolly stroll this morning on a local beauty spot. The rainy weather had abated and the sun made the walk very pleasant. Pooch met heaps of his chums, having a jolly gad about and poochy natter. He is quite the social chap and all-round Bon Viveur. Not our usual walking spot , its somewhere other Pooches and pet humans walk. It’s good to socialise .

Whilst winding our merry way down the muddy pathway, poor Pooch stopped and looked painfully at his rear poor. I rushed to his assistance and to my surprise found a pesky wasp trapped with in his paw and jolly well stinging away. I managed to retrieve the varmint, and copped for a sting myself, two passers-by did chuckle when on being stung I loudly yelped “Bother!!” Pooch thought this amusing too and not once did he cry out.

Needless to say Pooch is now resting and much better thank you for all your lovely messages.

Right now I have meandered off on one tangent again, time to return to my reason for posting.

In the beginning of the week we asked you chaps, what goals have you set for yourself.

So now we are asking, how did you get on with them?

Remember it’s not just completing the goals but having a go that counts most. Remember be compassionate with yourselves.

Now it’s time to bake some Halloween treats all ready for tomorrow

Taff and Pooch

I must have missed your goal setting post and admit that I'm not much of a one for it myself. However I do have "a list" which I suppose is goal setting by another name and I notice that the one I wrote on Sunday has several items ticked off. Having moved three weeks ago into a house that needs complete refurbishment you might imagine this list is as long as a tall persons arm . I note that item 1 "stop procrastinating" remains unticked though.

Best wishes to poor old pooch.

Yes, I've decided to. Will hand them the letter on Monday. The counter offer to keep me was not up to scratch. So, off to pastures new!!

Hi guys,

Hope you're feeling much better now after your earlier wasp encounter

I did better than I thought with my goals so I'm actually quite proud of myself!

1. Managed to get out of bed before 6am - 3 times.

2. Had a proper lunch break - 2 times.

3. Exercised after work - 4 times.

I have achieved the three of the four main goals I set for this week, although I didn't set them on here so do they count?

The Good : Recovering from a weekend of delicious naughtiness and then preparing for another. The end of my month long birthday celebrations.

The Bad : Thought I'd found a Bi Guy partner in crime only for him to go UNLOS!

The Ugly : Some charmer called me a C*@T

Yes it really is! Still a bit in shock. I made an error during it & convinced myself I'd failed. So was very happy when I found out I'd passed!

Chams or Socials

Mine was to get a gait analysis & buy new trainers for my knackered feet.

I succeeded & am now poor. They are not the girlie pink ones I wanted but better than another 2 years of injury!!
