Anyone here able to comment on semi permanent makeup?
Friends with a girl who just had brows lip liner and eyeliner done
I think it looks gorgeous
It's subtle but striking at the same time
Anyone here tried it his? |

Just make sure you get a good artist to do this for you. View their work and speak to clients beforehand. Any good artist will allow that. Be prepared for the headache the day after having your brows done  |

Never had this done ... but i find medusa make up stays on for play  |

To be clear my eyebrows were never shaved off, nor will they be! But if they were i'd still have lovely eyebrows! |

No we notice it's seriously obvious if you get in conversion if it's passing yeah not gonna notice, talking to someone you do notice.
But equally we're polite enough to not say anything because who knows maybe they destroyed their eyebrows though over plucking or they have alopecia or they have had chemo or radiotherapy it's polite not to mention it but do not think anyone who is standing in front of you having a conversation with you had not noticed you have no eyebrows |

I have a friend who had her lips tattooed. They do it twice to get a decent colour.
It was quite an ordeal and she looked very odd after with very swollen lips.
She suffered for about s week each time. I felt really sorry for her. The result wasn't worth it in my opinion.
She's had her eyeliner tattooed on too now. That was a lot less painful and a much better result. |

We did tease her for the porno blow job look but I felt so sorry for her. We were away camping at a festival a few days later and she was so close to tears all the time.
I wouldn't advise anyone to put themselves through that. |

I honestly think most guys would prefer the real deal over having them drawn/tattooed on.
Its kind of like... having £100,000 and having a picture of £100,000 yeah it may look nice but ill take the money.
I personally don't like heavy make up (a bit here and there or on special occasions is nice),but consistantly it tells me alot about a person. |

My semi permanent make up isn't heavy at all. If I want a heavy look I still have to sit down and trowel on actual make up. |

No only brows and eyeliner. Tattooing my eyelids was bad enough...knowing how sensitive lips are I bowed out! |

I've got quite a few tattoos including on my foot and even had emla on my eyelids...if that's tingling I must have a super low pain threshold. By far the most painful tattoo i've had. |

Well I doubt I'll be getting mine done. I'm coming out to the world as gender fluid but I still want the option to be able to be unnoticed. My butterfly on my kidney was pretty bad and in my groin too. I'll give getting my eyes done a wide berth. |

One of my friends has her brows done because her natural ones are pretty sparse from over plucking when we were teenagers. They look fantastic, and whatever the oracles on this thread believe, do look very natural. I know it costs her a pretty penny and took her a while to find someone she trusted to do it though. |

I've had my eyebrows done and upper lash line. With the eyebrows they do individual hair strokes not just a block of colour plus I still have my own eyebrows they just weren't as full as I like. |
