I'm talking things like beans/cheese/both on toast, tuna melts, hot meals easily thrown together when you're not in the mood to cook, but still want to eat something wholesome, which are your favourites? |

Tinned tomatoes and poached eggs on toast pure comfort food and if I can be bothered streaky bacon, black pudding and brown sauce but now I'm being greedy |

With you apart from the cheese. And streaky or smoked bacon is best for extra flavour. Oh and has to be with Daddies sauce. |

cheese souffle for starters, rack of lamb served on crushed potatoe and horseradish drenched with a red wine and cranberry sauce.

Beans on toast with grated cheese followed by a yogurt and fresh fruit salad.
Covers all nutrients and is tasty and filling and easy to make with very few pots to dishwash |
