Mary had a little skirt

With splits right up the sides

And every time that Mary walked

The boys could see her thighs

Mary had another skirt

'Twas split right up the front

...but she didn't wear that one very often

Mary had a little lamb

She brought it to a wedding

She put it in a corner

And kicked it's fucking head in.

Mary had a baby

She called it sonny Jim

She put it in the piss pot to see if it could swim

It swam to the bottom

It swam to the top

Mary pulled it out by the cock -

Tail

Whiskey have another glass

If you don't like it stuck up your arse

Ask no questions

Tell no lies

I saw a copper doing up his flies

Flies are a nuisance bees are worse

And that's the end of my little verse

Mostly in GU24

I read my children thousands of nursery rhymes; they spoke early and have fantastic linguistic ability. The eldest (f) sang Bye Baby Bunting aged 16 months. Now we can't shut her up!

Bye baby bunting

Daddy's gone a gone to fetch a rabbit skin

To wrap poor baby bunting in

When I worked in the health service we had a patient whose notes named the child Baby Bunting. Made me smile anyway

We used to say this to our boys..

Goodnight sleep tight

Don't let the bed bugs bite

If they do take a big poo

And they all go away!

Yeah not a good parenting rhyme but they remembered bedtimes!
