Anyone else had the runs really bad...? Ive had it for 3 days now, wish it would go

Yep my partner had them yesterday, a little better today...thought it was the xmas pudd etc....and i am on the southcoast...not much fun ...hope you get better soon xxxx

try ginger,usually helps,or failing that a tab called immodium always works,with motillium for sickness,not sure if you can get it from chemist or just doc

Sounds like it was the Turkey,

Boots do their own brand of tablets for it and they are really good

Its probably a tummy bug or a virus,there's allsorts of bugs going round at the moment.

Drink plenty of water so you dont get dehydrated x

The turkish have a spoonful of instant coffee to get rid of.

Works apparantly.

I use natural live yoghurt.

Works even better than tabs.

kaolin, calcium carbonate tablets are good for sorting you out. Those are the boots own make someone mentioned above. Superdrug and some supermarkets also sell them.

Well my son has swine flu which started with pains in his stomach and diarrhoea, then progressed to feeling really ill, typical flu symptoms, high temperature, aching bones, bad cough, and a general feeling so weak and really ill, but it started with diarrhoea a few days before the other symptoms appeared.
