I fully expected to sat on my sofa legs akimbo for the rest of the day. Not the case, I did the shopping then cleaned my flat. I wore jeans. It was tender but not sore. Healed within 24 hours and I had a wank the next day.

Check the balls are tight once it is done. Mine fell out 24 hours later and took 20 mins to get back in which did not help the healing process lol. However, despite that incident it was still not really sore (apart from when trying to shove it through again!) and fully healed within 2 or 3 weeks |

Make sure you've eaten something before hand, or maybe give yourself a treat and have something sugary or chocolatey before or just after. Maybe a skirt, then you can just hoist it up and no restrictions..... You'll enjoy. Xxxc |

Weirdly mine did the same... only it happened in the shower and I didn't catch it.  Definitely worth having a spare. At first I couldn't change it myself... much easier to have a spare pair of hands.  |

Get a bar in it too. They put a ring in my nipple and it hurt cause it kept moving round. I've had it about 20 years now (fuck I'm old!) and I don't wear anything in it now but occasionally I stick a bar through it.
I took my VCH piercing out and forgot to put it back for a couple of days and it closed so had it redone. |

I had my VCH done middle of September and i abso love it. Not as sore as i thought. Took a paracetamol before heading home. Drove for 45mins after in leggings and was fine.
With my black Afro-Caribbean skin i tend to be not so good at healing with that type of things so after chatting with my piercer, she advised me to take Zinc tablets a few days before and 10 days after to boost my immune system which i did.
I also took on the day some homeopathy tablets regularly to boost healing and up to 3 days after. I also bought a Saline piercing spray online to clean it regularly. But you can make your own salty water. The spray is convenient goes in your bag.
And i found sleeping commando does help lol.
Hope this helps and i hope you enjoy the end result

Mine lasted 2 weeks and fell out one night. Found the bits but it was too late, id already partially healed. I want it done again. It was quite painful for a few seconds but worth it. |

Mine fell down the loo. Luckily had a spare from another piercing which did the job for a couple of days till I got a new one. Definitely need a helper to change them unless you are a contortionist. Came out a few months later with someone with a vigorous tongue action. Luckily he popped it back in for me afterwards. Bit embarrassing though |

Eat well before you go. Have some sugar on hand for after. Ask for numbing cream if they have it (I didn't have it and it was ok actually, but went with my friend recently and they numbed her).
Watch out that your panties have a flat gusset and not a central seam, just more comfy. You may need a pantyliner depending on how much it bleeds (just to protect your panties).
After care is as easy as taking a bath in salt water. I don't think recommend rotating/turning it nowadays.
You can give it a test drive pretty quickly, as soon as it feels ok, but avoid bodily fluids for 2-3 weeks haha!
For those who say they took it out... I had had mine for over 6 years and had to take it out, and couldn't get it back in. 3.5 years later I told a piercer about it, and she said that it would still be ok, and it wouldn't need re-piercing. Took a little bit of work, but she wiggled that bastard back in there! |

He did it within seconds no pain nothing..was sore for 3-4 hours and never had a problem.

My VCH caused some swelling of the surrounding area for about 6 days. It was quite uncomfortable and I had to take care sitting down. After that, absolutely fine and now I can twist and pull the bar with confidence and no pain at all. |

From what I've heard, the pain is supposed to be a lot more intense for the piercing of the clit itself.
