I'm annoyed, I cricked my neck yesterday and still can't move it so had to cancel my hair appointment today so it looks awful and I have a social meet tomorrow  |

I didn't find them funny and they would have made those with insecurities about themselves feel even worse.

Threads like that fuel people insecurities further, I've been overweight pretty much my entire life apart from when I had an eating disorder and I have skin of a rhino so it doesn't get to me but what people fail to understand is there are a lot of people on here who have severe esteem issues and it fucks me off with the amount of size threads that are being posted on a daily basis here. |

I'm pissed off with myself. I was a complete arse to someone and realise it was a big mistake. These things play on my mind when it's somebody I care a lot about. Any advice on how to stop mentally beating myself up would be greatly appreciated?
I've apologised which they have accepted but now it's me who needs to forgive me and accept my apology. My head is my own worst enemy. Is anyone else like this?

Sick of a nervous system that decides its happy then decides its not and goes on strike - cue a leg that won't work, no sensation so I keep smashing it on things and not knowing its then bleeding and 7 disc bulges that are impinging on various other nerves giving all sorts of random signals with similar random side effects....

Been in the same situation you are hun and its hard and tiring now but for me my lad stopped on his own as i gave him a little alarm clock set the same time as mine so he could get up and go the loo and i could hear he had through the night, might not help you but it did for me xx |

Had my test results back today and they have come back with something completely random that is unrelated to the problem I already have. Now have to wait for my scan to see if that shows anything up. So pissed off and still none the wiser |

Off all week Put my back out today pulled my shoulder and cant get comfy + mother fekin nature still hasn't fully arrived and looking like Halloween party could be a no go as far as fun so totally pissed off |
