They are like sponges. Easier to Google it

I like them. Work well for light bleeding. It can take a bit of contortion to get one out afterwards but once you've got the knack it's easy

Stringless tampons designed due be used during sex.Like a sponge with a little hole in the end that you are meant to be able to hook your finger in to remove. Not as easy as it sounds believe me

I used one once

It worked but I couldn't get it out easily

Took a long time in a bath to get it out in the end
