you spent all day playing solitaire,on a site,set up for communications.this goes deeper than sad.there must be kind of helpline,get the number,and get help.let us know,how you get on.good luck.  |

yes.recognising you have a problem.is the first step,on the road to recovery.you will realise you are not alone.although to be honest,you will probably be the saddest.be strong.  |
