I think that means dad must be negative too.
With a negative and a positive parent, it's possible to have a negative baby, but much more likely that baby will be positive. |

Oh okay I was told when I donated blood that as O+ is the most common group they are always in need of it & it's accepted by most other blood groups. |

I had o- blood given to me last Xmas when I had a emergency blood transfusion in theatre. As you say they didn't have time to find me A- blood at the time. |

Wow I didn't know that at all , recall someone saying it's rare but thought I read it is common. Give blood everyone if you can, you may need it yourself one day! |

It is the rarest, but they can receive from all the other negative groups.
O is commonest, but valuable as it can be used for all other blood groups.
