I don't know if it is changing here but in the USA, where rarely no one was uncircumcised, there's been a big move against that building up.

That comes from the same flawed study that said that circumcision prevented AIDS and that circumcision was as effective as a 60% effective vaccine (Auvert 2005, 2006). |

My friend had his lobbed off at the age of 40.So it can be done(wouldn't really call it a bird puller as I imagine it's not the easiest thing to flaunt in a pub to grab their attention though) |
