I go to Pure Gym. Urban Exchange (Ancoats) and Exchange Quay (Salford). Flexible on days. Let me know if you're interested.

I play amateur Football Which I enjoy. But gym wise I do more classes and circuits + light weights. Not really into pumping iron to become a meathead
