im rubbish at sleeping - went years with just a couple of hours with an occasional night where id just land in bed and get 10 hours - i average 4 or 5 now but never solid sleep - i wake up several times

I sleep like a baby most nights, usually at least 7 hours. Cannot for the life of me sleep in the day for shift work. Cannot 'lie in' on days off, but I am not short of sleep, so doesn't worry me.

Depends on my meds, until I went to sleep at 4am this morning, I had been up for 36 hours, then I was awake again at 10am. Some days I can sleep for nearly 12 hours, then go another 2 days without any.

Pre meds, when I was working, about 5 hrs a night was the norm

I'm a very bad sleeper. I always have been. I never sleep for more than 3 hours without waking up. So its always broken. I'd say a good night would be 5 or 6 hours. I'm always tired too.
