"7 to 8. Less than that for more than one night in a row and I get seriously ratty. I love my sleep!"

Pretty much this. If I know I'm getting less than 7 hours kip then I know I'm gonna have a shitty day when I wake up. I aim for 8-9.
If I can get 10 hours in I'm normally skipping to work. |

Normally between 6 and 7. But then on a Sunday i usually have a massive lay in. My trouble is i hate going to bed early and would much rather get up later but work and life dictate otherwise. |

I try for 7 hours but doesn't always work
Is more about the quality of sleep so 5/6 hours unbroken sleep is better than 7/8 hours where wake up a couple of times |

My sleep pattern hasn't been great since 2009. Tend to wake up frequently during the night so I'm lucky if I get 3 hours sleep. I'm sleeping more at the minute because I'm not feeling 100% but going to sleep tired but waking up tired. I like atleast 8 hours a night but this hasn't happened for a while |

6 is good for me.
Occasionally I'll sleep for 8-9 and I feel amazing, but if I try and do that when my body doesn't need it I'll be awake through the night and feel shitty the next day. |
