So just lately I haven't been made to feel sexy, wanted or attractive. I feel a little down in the dumps so I'm all for a little message that says . . . " Fuck me your sexy or I'd fuck you all over ".

I feel good if I have made a positive difference in someone's life. I know that seems corny but its the job I do and, as we are social beings, I would like to thing many of us have that. I also feel good when I get lots of time to sleep .... |

To be fair though I do actually get complimented rather often in the real world, only the other day I attended a University open day, and after making multiple contributions to the various presentations, was approached by the principle who asked me if I was a new member of staff, when I asked him why he thought that, he replied 'you're very intelligent and charismatic'

Usually when I look at myself and like what I see, perhaps when I'm trying different stuff on or out for the night and notice how I'm looking.
That can be harder for someone who's not feeling at their best, emotionally or with self-esteem.
I always end each time re_iewing the great things that I've met that day. Maybe things I've learned, things I've done for others, that others have done or said to me, beauty I've seen in nature or moments of calm etc.
If I was facing a low point in confidence or esteem in my life, I'd probably also reflect on qualities within myself that I can like - even if I could only muster a little bit of positivity about them - and then find some more things. It doesn't matter what is that you notice that you like, I think, it's the process of self-appreciation that could help.
Build into it aspects of yourself that could be _iewed as sexual, hot and attractive. It's beyond reasonable argument that there aren't people out there who will like even the parts of us that we find a little unattractive. Op, give it a go - reflect on some things that you've noticed each day that have something good about them, and also add in some things about yourself too. See what effect doing this for a week or so every night has upon you. You'll probably find it easier each day and you may find that you start to notice more lovely things about yourself at different points in the day - maybe you catch yourself in the mirror, notice how you're walking. Whatever it is, just allow yourself this freedom to do this. You're worth a lot more than you're probably feeling just now and taking some small steps could help re-build your inner strength. |

But on a serious note, you never, ever want to be in a situation where you start to rely on other people for your validation or self-esteem, therein lies the road to perdition.
If your marriage is letting you down you need to talk to your spouse about it really, not strangers on a swingers site, in my _iew anyway....
But you are obviously young and gorgeous so if you don't feel good about yourself there is something lacking inside. My best advice would be to achieve something - that's what makes me feel good about myself.
On a bad day it might be as little as doing a good session at the pool to reinforce my sense of self-respect, self-care. On a good day it would be expressing or using a innate talent - doing something amazing with a horse, or producing a creative piece of work.
I guess I would say try to find something you are good at, have a natural talent for, and do more of that. Confidence in your own ability reinforces confidence in yourself, and there is nothing like the spring in the step and the inner smile that self-confidence brings to make you feel sexy and attractive.

To be honest I don't take compliments on here seriously as half the time it's pie in the sky to get into your knickers ...but if it's a friend who knows me or family I take them.
And I had a bit of a woe is me a few months back but im back on track and feeling sexy and confident.I tend to bugger off to a spa..have a good shoppinv session and spend time with the people I love . |

A true story:

My daughter said to me today that she could see I am losing weight. That makes me feel all the walking and painful blisters on my feet are worth it. Not because I want compliments on my body,but because losing weight and getting fitter is good for my health. |

Don't be tempted to go body first backwards through the doors.
