Satisfaction for me is reading the reviews of my work and knowing I'm doing my job properly.
Enjoyment these days is being free. I have very few constraints in my life. My girlfriend keeps me young.

i had a list of things to do to do the house - and apart from the big tasks that i can no way afford to do ive pretty much done them all and some extras - just stuff in the bedroom to do then i will be content - but satisfied with acheivements to date |

Good sex
A good gym workout followed by a nice soak in the bath
Being organised for meals- just made a thai curry, and mushroom soup
And got the house and laundry under control- for now! |
