I just picked up a bargain free range bronze turkey from the Co_Op, reduced from £40 to £15 even though we are having beef with my daughter tomorrow so I shall have it boxing day instead!

worth it though.

My duck has been marinated and dried in the spare fridge since Monday. It means the skin will be nice and crispy when it is cooked!
