Well seeing as no one else has put this up I thought I would 
What a great excuse to dress up eh?
So come on all you lovely people let's have some fun.
You have until the 31st October to say your in and post your pic.
Voting will close at midday on 1st Nov. Usual voting rules apply.

Whenever you like but it is a bit early I guess.
Voting is the 3rd. Some people are waiting until they are dressed up for parties etc.

Not exactly....she was told it had been decided ( by whom we aren't quite sure) that this is when it would be done |
