Find it quite anyone and frustrating!
Cant make it head or tail why they would wink at you in the first place if no intention of getting in touch etc?

to be fair who remembers who they have winked at? maybe they winked before pics were put up then changed their mind after? not saying this is in your case but think it may have happened when I have winked. I always reply though. |

Winks are so people know that you're interested or that they're interested in you. Save them the hassle of of typing out a message that you're highly likely to delete anyway.
I think I might use this to bump up a another debate!  |
