Myself and a certain gentleman from Brighton are on a coffee detox I only started mine this morning though.
Anyone else joining is and what will you be drinking, I'm must drinking the herbal teas I've got in the house but will be buying loose fruit tea when I go out.

when I got my coffee machine I said a couple of americanos a day and the rest normal coffee but I've done nothing but drink the americanos since I've had it

We get free Starbucks and Costa at work on expenses also drink an awful lot of a day. I wish I was brave enough to do what your doing. Tried it once with just Water and the headaches were terrible.
Will be watching the timescales involved to see if I can do it again.

I'd also started to find after I went out for coffee nearly everyday I was really buzzing and flying after a cafe Nero.
Got to go out and get alternative stuff otherwise I will give in.
I don't have caffeine any other way.

I just need a couple of weeks or so of water and fruit tea then i will have a coffee. I don't think I'll go back to really strong and lots of it coffee though. My withdrawal headaches are less today already. |

Had been drinking up to six coffees a day and sometimes more. Started coffee detox two weeks ago,substituted with green tea,peppermint tea,and chamomile pee.....drank lots of still water also but always have done. Strangely enough didn't get the headaches as severely as last time round,only mildly for one day only,my skin has improved tenfold and I'm less anxious |

Oddly I've just started cutting out coffee & from my daily drinks and switched to water & beer (still enjoy the morning coffee though).
Noticed that when I was down in Oz I was much more alert for only having one or two a day rather than being well into double figures, got home and after the initial jetlag started feeling lethargic again.
So far I have to say I'm feeling better for it with no adverse affects  |

Unless its redbush etc ?  it was coffee not caffeine but the herbal teas I've got here are caffeine free anyway
