I work 9pm till 7am, BUT after about 11pmish I have nothing to do till 5am most night so just chill .
I used to be like that in the care home but now work on a 1 to 1 basis for someone that has 24 hr care. . he goes bed when he wants and never wants to sleep at night and plays day staff up because he's tired "

Friends ask me is that all I worry about .lol
It does get confusing though sometimes. I treat my mornings as night time, so go to bed but some I work with stay up and sleep in the afternoon. I can't do that it messes me up.
I try and have breakfast when I finish .sleep 9am till 3pm and have a bath and tea then back to work.might Perve on fab before work ."
