Loved cheese until I went vegan ... especially strong Stilton, Austrian smoked, soft Brie etc.
You'd think in this day and age somebody would have come up with a decent dairy-free cheese, but no : (

Mmmmm lets see, as with most things it depends on my mood.
A good vintage cheddar always.
Mozzarella in the summer.
Bavarian smoked and brie at Christmas.

Omg I think I may have a new favourite cheese!
Just eating some Black Bomber Cheddar- all creamy and salty, with a packet of Salted Walkers Crisps- has to be close to perfection! |

If that's the snowdonia one they do loads of different varieties, they are nearly all lovely! Apart from the one with whisky in it which is horrendous |

I work in a deli. Nibbling cheese is practically part of my job!
Purely so I can give customers recommendations of course
At the moment im loving the snowdonia christmas truckles and one called fiery dragon although its fookin hot you only need a tiny bit!!! |

Once I had white Stilton with lemon rind it was really nice but never seen it again . |
