I love French cheese so I would go for a very ripe Camembert or a nice piece of Chaumes.

All very smelly but oh so good!!

Loved cheese until I went vegan ... especially strong Stilton, Austrian smoked, soft Brie etc. You'd think in this day and age somebody would have come up with a decent dairy-free cheese, but no : (

Don't eat a lot of cheese but last Christmas I got some Wensleydale which had black currents in it. Was so moreish.

Mmmmm lets see, as with most things it depends on my mood.

A good vintage cheddar always.

Mozzarella in the summer.

Bavarian smoked and brie at Christmas.

Omg I think I may have a new favourite cheese!

Just eating some Black Bomber Cheddar- all creamy and salty, with a packet of Salted Walkers Crisps- has to be close to perfection!

If that's the snowdonia one they do loads of different varieties, they are nearly all lovely! Apart from the one with whisky in it which is horrendous

Purely so I can give customers recommendations of course

At the moment im loving the snowdonia christmas truckles and one called fiery dragon although its fookin hot you only need a tiny bit!!!

It was the Snowdonia one and it was so good that I broke out the olives and had a bit more!

Once I had white Stilton with lemon rind it was really nice but never seen it again .

When I ate cheese it was St Paulin. Closely followed by Cheshire.

I also liked white stilton. the only blue I liked was Cote Hill Blue.
