Vodaphone is helping scam artists rape your phone bill by letting them attach extras to your bill so far £60 has gone from my account and they know about it and will not stop it, deny all knowledge yet they work with the scamers as the police informed me

Action fraud has taken my and others cases on....so watch your bills as they are taking monies for charities without your consent.. .it's a nightmare I could just cry.

Big company big scam and I am going to the press about it also.

Rip off UK and I hope one day these people are put down for a long time..

I would send a recorded letter to their customer services pointing out your disagreement.

Tell them if you do not get the matter resolved fairly you will be cancelling your Direct Debit and going elsewhere.

If they wish to persue you for breach of contract, then say no problem you would only be too happy to see them in a small claims court. They have broken your contract and defrauded you by taking monies from your account you haven't agreed too.
