I was exhausted last night ended up falling asleep just after 8 which means that at 4 am I was wide awke

Morning lovelies, fell asleep on the sofa for an hour after dinner so was wide awake and bouncing off the walls, tried going to bed but the dogs barking disturbed me so it's an early start to a busy day, without much sleep.
