Does having regular anal sex damage the sphincter in the long run. I mean a lifetime of doing it safely.
I was in a same sex relationship for two years and bottomed two to three times a week and never had any problems.
I rarely do it now unless I am with someone I trust, relaxed and they are into it. Now it's mostly oral and some other sexual activities. I do enjoy being filled but it's not top priority unless I meet someone who is really into it. The fear of being hurt still exist so lots of lube.
I want to hear from those with more experience. I have heard some nasty staff as a consequence of anal sex but not experienced any of it. No need to be abusive guys. |

There were wives tales of it being an issue but I think it's just that. There are people who get fisted left, right and centre, which is significantly more intrusive and I've not heard of a prolapse outbreak,so to speak. |

I've been at it for about twenty five years, any the lat fifteen of those involving some BIG toys and insertions. Never had a problem yet.
Listen to your body, if it hurts, stop. As long as you stick to that, you can't really go wrong. Never had a problem with incontinence or any other horror story. I snap back within a few minutes! Try to educate yourself about your back door anatomy and take time to explore things yourself. That way you can guide your top if he isn't well versed in technique. A lot of problems stem from tops that really don't know what they're doing. If you have bottomed, you generally know how to top. Teach them well!  |

All we are different, some girl like to do it more than "normal" sex and they're ok. Other ones have problems after first time.
