OK....non penetration of your manly bits in to her lady bits. Probably also excludes manly bits and bottoms too!
That said, I'm sure as with everything there are variations that depend on personal preference. |

I suppose everything needs discussion, we all have different definitions of what is in / out (excuse the pun  )
If you agree to have 'sex' with someone, well that could be absolutely anything that comes under that heading, so talking is very important! Assuming what's included, well that could lead to all sorts of problems! |

It's easier to think of it as "Full swap means full sex, soft swap means no full sex." There are no rules or minimum standards for soft swap, you just do whatever everyone is comfortable with. Simply discuss it all beforehand so everyone knows where they stand, or even easier, put it on your profile.
