There are no clubs in Cardiff, and only in Newport, Chams2, which is shut in a Thursday 
For socials you're best to have a look in the Wales forum, but unlikely to have anything on a Thursday 
For fun, head to Mill St or St Marys St  |

the globe, four bars inn, clwb ifor bach are all good for bands, music etc (check their websites for listings) ..... best pub to go in my opinion is the City Arms, great beer and still has the atmosphere of a pub rather than a bar. for food, check out restaurant minuet in castle arcade, it's awesome and very reasonable (again check their website. |
