train takes approx 2 hrs london to man, then a hour to blackpool, driving can be a nightmare,birmingham turns into a car park friday afternoon, but going across london on a tube if you have a large bag is a pain |

"Don't even think about a train on a sunday as they'll be railworks on some lines and detours via a coach or bus..... get in your car and belt up that M6 "
Could always use the M6 toll road to cut out the Midlands. |

toll rd is good you spend less time in birmingham. on a friday thou you only get to the traffic jam quicker on m6 |
