Got to Luton airport,when through to security. The stupid airport doesn't give you free bags for toiletries. I asked why and they said you had to pay for them.
I am not a tight arse but every other airport in south east the bags are free. 1 pound for 2 bags is not expensive but it is a hassle |

Thank you for your generous contribution to keeping our rates manageable, helping to fund the access road improvements from the M1 to the airport, and so on...I hope you came by train and paid for the shuttle bus to help us out as well?  |

There's usually someone trying to make money out of others - maybe there usually are free ones too? I've been at American airports without them and they don't care, just putting liquids on a tray. It may be a greedy private airport operator at Luton. I always have plenty at home here that I can use and have separated it all before leaving home. It would annoy me being expected to pay, as it's an extra delay factor. British short-termism again! |

Luton is a typical council ran shithole. £3 to set passengers down
£5 for fast track security, they deliberately delay the normal side to entice pax to use the often not quicker fast track
