I'm signing up to dragon crossfit at the end of the month in the mighty Diff.it looks so intense, and brutal.

Any fabsters indulge?would be keen to hear your thoughts

Always been eager to give it try but it's so fucking expensive and such a steep learning curve.

Crossfit...I have absolutely nothing positive to say about Crossfit and nothing polite to say about people who indulge in Crossfit

Always been eager to give it try but it's so fucking expensive and such a steep learning curve.

It ain't cheap.£80 for a two week fundamentals course,with two weeks membership thrown I,and then between 40-60 quid a month

My PT, and many others I know, say that if you have a qualification in sports massage, the best place you can set up shop is next to a crossfit gym.

Would be well up for doing it, don't know anyone else and I refuse to look like a loser and go by myself
