Can't get enough of them, we eat a lot of them. They're like a hit of pure pleasure, lemon and a tiny drizzle of tobasco is bliss, then there's the after taste of the sea, beautiful! Are we the only ones around here to love them??? |

Cooked is good. A lightly cheesy white sauce with white wine, parsley topped with a little grilled strong cheese is beautiful. |
