Confidence comes with experience and age id say two go hand in hand. I'm confident ..all depends on how much u fancy that person and are comfortable around them and the reaction u receive builds that confidence.

With my last partner I was 10/10 confident. But it's been a while and what worked for her won't necessarily work for the next person I have sex with. But I like to communicate and if you have a good connection with someone youre half way thrre. So I think at the moment I'd be 7/10. |

Hang on, are we rating confidence or our sexual ability, cause to me they are not the same.
100% confident I'm myself with no hangups, as for ability, I don't know I've never asked anyone to compare me |

To me sexually confident does not mean you think your a good shag, to me sexually confident means you know what you like and your not afraid to ask for it |
