People who ask for a recent face picture, what is recent.
The reason for the question is that I've been thinking of updating my face picture on fab, but the best years are behind me, and I don't want to be frightening off any suitors.
So should we all be updating every lunar month, or should I just leave the one I've got when I was 21  |

Mine is 11 months old. But I still look the same, but it's now at the age is ceasing to be 'current' so I need to update it. And smile. I keep getting told to smile! Lol |

We all looked better when we were young but they aren't meeting us 20 year ago they are meeting us now
If recent face pics will put people off what makes you think they will like you in the flesh

If you look 20 years older than your photo then I'm afraid I'd shut the door. Being economical with the truth is the same as telling fibs in my view. You're not a great guy if you lie to get someone to meet you. |

I wouldn't let a year go by without updating the face pic. So, a on year maximum, in my opinion.
If the face pic has a beard and you no longer have one, update it. If the pic has no beard, but you now have one, update it.
If you have added a face tattoo, update the pic.
Any face piercings added or removed? Update the pic.

OP it depends how well you're aging.
Between 25 and 35, I could have used one pic. Since then, there ha definitely been small changes - I don't look older, as such, just different.
And that's the key. Change it as often as necessary to avoid having Dirty Girl slam the door in your face.... |
