Or sleep disorders for a better phrase.
Iv woken up before now in a frenzy and panicking and trying to get out of the situation I had been dreaming about, even found myself at the other end of the bed.
I woke up this morning to find I pulled my voile across the window (this voile is pointless for anything other than decoration) in my sleep.
Does anyone else have sleep disorders? |

No. I sleep like I'm dead.
But Marc used to have such a hard time sleeping. He punched me once while he was sleeping when I tried to cuddle him.
At least I hope he was sleeping

I personally have a lot of trouble sleeping or even getting a good nights sleep. It's something that's plagued me for many years now. I really need to get on top of it as well because I've found on the rare occasions I do get a good nights sleep it makes a massive difference to how I feel the next day. You feel so much better when you sleep well. I need to start getting some early nights.
What exactly is a voile OP? |

I struggle to get a good nights sleep. I have lucid dreams and sleep talk too. I have had a fight with my pillow on a couple of occasions.
We have an occasional sleepwalker here to which has been interesting at times.
Nothing beats my friend though. She cooks and eats in her sleep. Its quite scary at times.

I usually can't remember my dreams. I think it's because I sleep so deeply. But I absolutely love hearing other people's dreams. I could listen to them endlessly.

Not these days but when I was a nipper I suffered from night terrors....mum would sometimes find me on top of the wardrobe shouting at imaginary monsters!
Would sometimes go into a trance like state while awake in the daytime, which was worse as I was conscious of feeling as small as an ant with the horrible sensation of being smothered n rolled up in a fucking gigantic duvet!
Much worse than night terrors n I'm glad I grew out of them both!

I very occasionally sleepwalk, not brought on by anything either so totally random. I'll wake up somewhere random, my favourite seems to be one of the boys beds having spent the night moving things around. It feels like I haven't slept through, always feel wiped out after |

The night terrors didn't bother me as I could never remember them in the morning.
It was the trance like states while awake that really freaked me out as I was fully conscious of them as they happened but was unable to snap myself out of it! Freaky shit!
Having some nice sexy daydreams now though after perving your pics...... |

I've thought about it but not done it as I mostly remember them anyway. I can wake up, go to the loo and then go back to sleep and pick up the dream where it left off.
The latest was a dream about dolphins. There was a big festival with groups of young people all wearing different t-shirts. One group wore yellow tops, one green etc. They were all doing different activities. The yellow group were singing, the green group had skipping ropes. The red group were dancing. On the left hand side was the sea. I walked closer and closer towards it. Everyone else seemed oblivious that it was even there. I saw a dolphin poke its head out of the water. Then there were lots of them jumping. One little one jumped out and lay next to me on the ground on its back so I could stroke it. It turned to night time then. It was a really lovely dream actually.

I've sleep walked and had some alarming and funny experiences, though going outside asleep can be problematic. If you hide door keys you can still find them or could perish if needing to escape from a fire etc. |

Haha!! Crazy things!!! My special subject!!
I suffer from night terrors ever since I had the Damien of a second child, most nights I wake up screaming (not so much since I split from the husband), one night it got so bad I thought he was trying to kill me (turns out he was trying to calm me down) I ran out the room fell down the stairs, took the stair gate with me and almost cut my throat open, lovely scar on my chin now!
But the best one was, we had just watch the pianist on dvd, we went upstairs to bed and about two hours in I woke up screaming that the ceiling was caving in, husband jumped out of bed, followed me shouting (we had our three kids at this point, one of which was asleep in his Moses basket in our room) went down stairs both stark naked, I'm zipping up a coat when husband opens the front door, the air hits us and off we Trapse back to bed laughing but feeling very foolish!! |

I have sleep apnea... I stop breathing every couple of minutes for up to 30 seconds until my brain wakes me up so I don't die
I've got a mask which pumps air into my face to keep the airways open, but makes me look like I'm in intensive care... Not a sexy look when I have guests
Last sleepover, I didn't wear it, having warned all parties what might happen... The lady got a bit worried when I stopped breathing for a bit, but luckily she's a nurse so I was in good hands |

Oh my days!! I'd hate to have night terrors
One week it got so bad I had them every night, that's when I fell down the stairs,it's like being in a night mare on elm street film sometimes!"
Remind me never to sleep with you |

"Or sleep disorders for a better phrase.
I have sleep apnea... I stop breathing every couple of minutes for up to 30 seconds until my brain wakes me up so I don't die
I've got a mask which pumps air into my face to keep the airways open, but makes me look like I'm in intensive care... Not a sexy look when I have guests
Last sleepover, I didn't wear it, having warned all parties what might happen... The lady got a bit worried when I stopped breathing for a bit, but luckily she's a nurse so I was in good hands "
I wouldn't have been able to sleep if I was that lady |

My youngest daughter full on talks in her sleep
If you go into her room while she sleeping and say her name she'll reply and you can have a conversation with her, ask her anything and she'll reply, I've warned her when she's older not to cheat cause she'll only tell her partner while shes sleeping
It's quite wierd |

I travel in my dreams to cities i have never seen. The dreams are terrifyingly real. I am usually bare foot and can feel the cold pavements. People do not seem to see me and dont respond when i talk to them. I am usually desperately trying to find my way home. When i try to read street names or bus destinations they become blurred. It happens frequently and is exausting. Some say i am astral travelling! |

I have double dreams where I wake up from 1 dream , but I'm still dreaming and start a different dream. Does that make any sense? So in a dream I think I've woken from a dream but I'm still dreaming. Had a few really terrifying situations in those. |

I've seen an interesting domme on twitter and I watch the stuff she does from time to time but I had a dream recently where I was watching one of her cam's in bed. Then she came through the screen and pretty much forced me to fuck but she was a lot stronger in the dream and was pretty much dragging me about my bedroom floor. It was like an erotic version of the ring. |

I haven't done that yet, can imagine it could be either fantastic or a little disturbing |

I suffer from hypnogogic myoclonus.. (thats the twitching when you feel as if you are falling). I can hit REM sleep in a couple of minutes as opposed to the hour or so it usually takes, so my body isn't prepared (your body actually paralyses your muscles before you hit REM sleep so you don't carry out physical movements when you dream)...
But I do have the enviable talent of being able to sleep anywhere, at any time (including once 20 feet from a fighter jet while it was starting up)... if I lie down with my eyes closed I can be asleep in under a 10 count... |

My freakiest dream was one that used to happen when I could cancel my alarm without waking properly..I would start to dream that I had got up, got dressed, gone for a run with the dog, showered, changed, had breakfast, made pack up for work and was on my drive into work...then I woke up. Really disorientating.. |

I have done it since I was born.
So sitting up and having a conversation with you, even though I am fast asleep wouldn't freak you out then? |

If your looking at me with proper eyes, that's fine. Not if its just the white of they eye.

Oh no.. I keep choking to strictly training. Though I could probably run a masterclass for it for anyone actually interested...it takes a lot of control to get it right x |

"I've got sleep apnoea. Supposed to sleep with a gas mask type thing on my face but can't bear it. Sometimes wake choking though "
Stick with it, it took me a few weeks to get used to the feeling of having something clamped to my face, but it's made a massive difference in the last 10 months
Is it a full face mask? Have you tried the nasal one instead? That's more comfortable (but doesn't work for me as I'm a mouth breather ) |
