Well I have the dreaded cold again.
It don't seem to want to leave me this year.
Nothing worse than a cold in the head..how my head produces so much snot is beyond me...ewwww now thats an attractive thought..lol.
Anyway chocolates and flowers welcome.

Dose up on Vitamin C. You can get those 1000mg tablets that you dissolve in water. Really help in speeding up your recovery. I always take them at the first sign of a tickle in the throat, or a sniffle, and haven't had a cold in years.
Taking decongestants for more than three days, has a counter productive effect.

Mr N has the same and its been going on for weeks. Last night he said he can't believe that one person can produce so much snot. It's horrible and must be awful for him, you have my sympathy.  |
