yes and its a great way to meet people.
will make you fit peaches and you may feel a little stiff after your a few lessons.
but its great fun and i recommend it.

I started belly dancing class in the autumn and I am really enjoying it.
Quite like the idea of Sala too but don't know if I could find the time and the energy.

Me and a couple of friends have started to do Zumba, which is pretty similar to Salsa but you don't need a partner. Great fun, I would recommend it to anyone, classes have started up all over and you can look it up on the internet. Need to go back in January to work off all the excess food I intend eating  |

No doin salsa but am startin Latin and rock and roll on Jan 13th lol
Been watching daughter do ballroom for the last two years now and fancied doin summat so we gonna give it a go lol

Karen and I had started in June this year then with the accident to her knee in July, its curbed anything since. Even the operation she had on it doesn't seem to have worked, but time will tell.
Watching strictly the last few months has been purgatory for her, me I just consider it a rest |
