Was gonna be lamb curry but we can't be bothered to cook it lol, so eggs or something I think. We bought 9 different cheeses to nibble with biscuits earlier, so we'll have those later when we get peckish.

I was supposed to be having a scrummy chinese meal tonight up in Telford with my best mate and her Sister in Law.
The snow put paid to that though.
I now have a sausage casserole in the slow cooker and some roasted tomato and parmesan bread baking. Both smell absolutely yummy! |

well, I'm cooking a joint of pork however I'm not sure that I fancy a roast tonight.
I'm thinking that I might just grill some tortilla chips with either cheese and beans on them or tomato salsa.
My back up plan is half a bag of revels and a custard doughnut |

Yeah, gotta love hot pork rolls.
Thinking of which... I do have some tiger rolls in the freezer. That could be a good plan!
There would be enough for left overs tomorrow too. |

"dinner was delicious, I'll be picking the lamb out of my teeth for a week "
If you cooked it with the wool still on, would it provide its own floss do you think |

Loyd Grossman has himself lovingly prepared me a chili con carne sauce, so I'm having that tonight.
When I was in Chavda I picked up some "Intensely Tangy Key Lime Pie" made by Frü, which I shall be sampling tonight too.
Later tonight, after I've ironed some shirts, done the washing-up and put the dustbin out, I am planning on watching Cyrus, as it came highly recommended, so I also picked up some Pop Pop microwavable popcorn. |

I used to think Ikea's meatballs are bees' knees, until I made my own this evening!
Normal mince, chopped streaky bacon, oregano, red pesto, chopped garlic and some garlic granules, dried parsley, and a dash of oil and vodka!
Pan-fried until brown.
Lift from pan, and use the flavoured oil to make the tomato sauce - onions, garlic, oregano, chopped tinned tomato, tomato puree, dash of Worcester sauce and balsamic vinegar, chopped fresh parsley.
Gosh it was good! |

Very nice, but try substituting the mince with minced lamb, that would make that very nice recipe simply stunning |
