I don't know... I always post in here. I guess if it's sex related it probably should go next door but I'm generally posting stuff that I think out loud.
There are criteria but both recently seem to have been used flexibly. It would be nice if everyone understood and shared the same understandings of the world but I don't see it happening before the year 3000.
Lounge usually, if it's not in the right place a mod can move it but my threads are usually so innocuous and pointless, they'd be better off in a area labelled 'dusty bottom drawer'.
