I either go the whole hog and use the meat juices, Bisto and cornflour as was family tradition.

Or

I'm a lazy arse and just do gravy granules/ Boullion.

How do you make yours? I need inspiring as I fancy a change.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I very very rarely eat gravy so have some gravy granules. they're good for thickening stews and casseroles too.

The Town by The Cross

Meat juices, veg water, garlic, wine, pepper, lemon and corn starch.

NEVER oxo or bisto. I love them but they are ghetto gravy for a ghetto roast.

I love ghetto roast but NEVER on good meat n veg do I use anything else except the above.
