I either go the whole hog and use the meat juices, Bisto and cornflour as was family tradition.
Or
I'm a lazy arse and just do gravy granules/ Boullion.
How do you make yours? I need inspiring as I fancy a change.

Meat juices, veg water, garlic, wine, pepper, lemon and corn starch.
NEVER oxo or bisto. I love them but they are ghetto gravy for a ghetto roast.
I love ghetto roast but NEVER on good meat n veg do I use anything else except the above. |
