So after an immense amount of time navel gazing, which is better a tin of Quality Street or a tin of Roses?
Roses Pro:Massive chunky sweets
Roses Con:Been massive there are less in a tin.
Quality Street Pro:Smaller so you can stop without feeling to bad
Quality Street Con:Tend to piggy and eat more!
Both tins are actually the same weight (~1KG of choc), which is actually less than the 1.5KG from a few years ago (cheeky bleeders).
For scientific reasons I have consumed a tin of both by myself and cannot decide!

Oh noo not in one night, it was 3 :D
Actually chocolate is toxic, but you'd have to consume something like 60KG of it in a day... well I'll die trying!
I also don't put weight on easy... why women hate me so much lol |

I saw some Toffifee in the supermarket the other day. I've not seen them in years so I picked up a pack, along with the jelly orange and lemon slice thingies, and some after dinner mints. |

Roses, though the last time a bought a tin it had more mini dairy milks than anything else and only two brazillian dark toffees, so I sent an email off to cadburys to complain, cause I wasnt a happy bunni, got a £3 voucher back from them, which went to a new tin. |

But did the new tin contain the same amount of brazillian dark ones? And if so, did you complain again and did Cadbury's send you another voucher?
If so, I can see a way of constantly getting some cheap tins of chocolates. |

Only complained the once, dont think they would continue to send vouchers, it was the mini dairy milk thing that really annoyed me, if I had want a bar of dairy milk thats what I would have bought! |

they both need to take out the damn fudge!
quality street has a lot more toffee based goodies....too many actually...needs to re-address that balance, but it has more dark chocolates than it's arch rival the ring of roses.
the only draw for me to the roses tin is the chocolate hazelnut swirl |
