I have a bit of a strange one, we always had a huge buffet on boxing day, which included any Xmas day leftovers. My fave is a sandwich of turkey, sage and onion stuffing, lots of raw onion, mashed pots, lettuce and cold sliced Brussels made with one slice of white and one of wholemeal bread. Mmmmm yummy. |
