Been told parking for la charmbre is behind the shops opposite is this true?
Also do you pay for parking if so how much?

Yes, you drive around the back of the shops opposite the club. The parking is free at that time of night. It is a lot, not street parking.
Have fun. We really enjoyed la chambre, though we've only been there once.
