so folks as we enter october, we are entering party season, halloween, socials, on the run upto to the dreaded "C" word...
so pluck up the courage, and lets have an afternoon of lighthearted message swapping, hotlist to inbox hopping and offering the verbal sledgehammer and encouragement that some others require..to know you are ravenous for thier raunchiness...
dont be a pumpkin, come grab a partner or two and swing into action, for the next party meet, sensual seduction or hotel hookup..
just for the cynical..all my message filters are on..this is a forum endevaour, not a look at me post ..so be friendly..thankyou xx

the whole idea is that over the course of the afternoon, you chat on the thread, send a wink, message, arrange a meet, or pluck up courage to turn one of your hotties who may show up, into someone you message privately. mainly its light hearted banter with the flavour of flirty.....and of course thread magic..which i may add, has happened to quite a few..so chat and comment away, and, let see what happens xx |

we had loads of hits four weeks ago..thing is today lots of new people on the thread not quite getting the jist of it..and that partly my fault, as before, those who kind of know me helped the other peeps get into the whole feel of it.. so i need to communicate better how it works. it doesnt work if you just post a comment and then leave for hours... the more people you have in conversation active the work it works.. because people egg each other on about hot lists and messaging and they get braver the more people are participating...putting in in and not involving yourself doesnt really make anything happen..its not spoonfeeding opportunities to people..more like youve got a hand at cards and only you know them so you play them..if this makes sense.
youve got the hotlist the winks the messages and the peeps talking here..if any of your stuff links with a person in the thread some serious confessions have come out and peeps have met off of that..where as at the beginning they didnt know the other liked them...but it requires a certain light hearted no pressure banter to get hat happening in huge amounts..the basic premise is that people come and say hi and chat when they can to join in and be known ..hope this helps x |

In preperation for a hopefully quiet managerless overtime shift tomorrow I'm making a golf ball ^_^
We've eyed up some scrap that should be useful for making clubs (ironically the scrap were using would probably still cost more than all but the very high end clubs lol)

i think the first time i did this pt 4 was the concluding thread, but im not doing one of those today, it always stops cos i go to nocturnal roll call but i decided to let people do what they want till it naturally finishes right?.. |

I was in an accident but fortunately I had the next week off anyway as I was a booked in for laser eye surgery.
But I went back to work after that.
New scar and it's agrivated my back pain (also not sure if it's done something to my shoulder cause now I'm back at the gym there's definitely something not right with the left one, but mainly OK.
Having the odd nightmare about the truck I had to crawl out of the way of though but not often now.
I just want the insurance case settled so I can get another bike.

Back pain is mostly from 3 years ago now old lady cut across me I went in the side of the car, over the car, over a fence and into a patch of grass off the side of the road.
Had some physio (which took about 18 months to get as part of the settlement which was great worked better than the painkillers but I only got it for about 2 months |

Yeah the manipulation/massage sorted the pain for about a week before it came back.
Pain is in my lower back but I'm sure the physio said it's because of my upper back, it's more hunched than it should be now (standing straight used to hurt after the crash so I slouched far too much for that year) which means the bottom is curing too much to compensate I think.
Either way after they mashed the he'll our of the top of my back I could stand up straight with no resitance (takes quite a bit of effort to push my shoulders back normally) and was totally pain free but got gradually worse over the course of a week |

yes i do dorn spinal alignment technigue..you work the skeletal system into alignment especially the pelvis then you work the muscles alongside bruess spinal amassage to free up not only nerves but un twist muc=scles..ive had people doubled up walk out up right...not usually too many treatments..its more eefective than physio because we do skeletal postural stuff first and get the muscles to fit to proper alignment, not just do muscles and hope posture realigns itself, if that makes sense |

"Yeah the manipulation/massage sorted the pain for about a week before it came back.
Pain is in my lower back but I'm sure the physio said it's because of my upper back, it's more hunched than it should be now (standing straight used to hurt after the crash so I slouched far too much for that year) which means the bottom is curing too much to compensate I think.
Either way after they mashed the he'll our of the top of my back I could stand up straight with no resitance (takes quite a bit of effort to push my shoulders back normally) and was totally pain free but got gradually worse over the course of a week
yes i do dorn spinal alignment technigue..you work the skeletal system into alignment especially the pelvis then you work the muscles alongside bruess spinal amassage to free up not only nerves but un twist muc=scles..ive had people doubled up walk out up right...not usually too many treatments..its more eefective than physio because we do skeletal postural stuff first and get the muscles to fit to proper alignment, not just do muscles and hope posture realigns itself, if that makes sense
Oooh could you have a play with my back? Suffer from sciatica and sometimes wake up all twisted to one side. "
if i had the means id drag a mobile therapist room around with me and treat anyone in pain..especially back ive had so much success with this technique |

i just need petrol to get to peeps..thats all....not interested in profit just in people being out of pain..ive been doing this work all my life, its what i do and what i love |
