In my experience everyone is different, what works for one lady won't necessarily work for another so it's important to play it by ear and be prepared to be flexible / dynamic and change your approach until you find out what exactly works for them!

Start slow and soft take you time building up to firm and strong, don't go straight in for the obvious spot work the whole area.
