The poor bugger who sounds as if he is innocent had to wait untill one hour before his execution for the reprieve to be issued.

Ohio is one of the few states that not only doesn't do the death penalty... But they also tend to shy away from life without parole as well.....
There was a really famous case a few years ago when a person kidnapped 3 little girls and kept them chained up for about 15 yrs... It was only when 1 finally escaped that they got him...
He got a symbolic sentence of "life + 1000years" |

Did the woman get put to death yesterday i know she was waiting for another repreve she got the death sentance for arranging the murder the person that did it only got sentanced with chance of parole |

She was put to death yesterday. The man that actually did it at her request plea-bargained and gave evidence against her to avoid the death penalty. |
