A bit of bonjela on the gum or some sensitive toothpaste rubbed around it and some warm soup. It'll keep your mouth warm enough to offset the pain a little

You might if you take them too early every time and end up with too many in a day  "
Nah, you'd have to take double or more the dose of painkillers for it to be toxic. An hour early won't kill anyone. |

Mix ibuprofen and paracetamol
Pinching yourself when it gets bad, the body cannot handle two sets of pain so it will move to the new, the quickly remember the more painful tooth and return,
Gives a pleasurable few seconds of relief though |

Is it paracetomol? You can take some ibuprofen too...I find Ibuprofen work better for toothache"

Be careful with oil of cloves. Last year I was suffering big time and started using it
Initially it works a treat but ended up burning the inside of my mouth /gum.
Made it a whole lot worse.
Initially had an abcess, followed by extraction then got a dry socket and infection.
Two months of hell. |

If it's that bad, most places have an a and e nearby for dental emergencies.
Otherwise a good whisky will do it! |

Haha if gets really bad a pinch of the thigh pain is a more manageable alternative, doesn't last but it's worth knowing |

Ibuprofen and codeine mixture/tablets (from any pharmacists).
These make you drowsy but do the trick |
